The SouthWare Excellence Series is a software package that can cover all of your business needs. From Accounting to inventory, SouthWare can handle most any business operation in a manner that will allow you to get the information that you need in the way that you need it.

SouthWare is written to run on open system environments. This means that it can be run on one PC, and it can also be applied to a midrange computer that could service hundreds of people in different locations. SouthWare can be run on a DOS, AIX, or UNIX environment. The open systems environment gives you plenty of room to grow, and offers you the flexibility of choosing which platform will best fit you needs.

The SouthWare Excellence Series is divided up into several modules, so you can buy only the modules that fit your need. These modules are:

  • General Ledger – Allows you to maintain your bookkeeping tasks efficiently, and effectively.
  • Accounts Payable – Track your purchases, pay your bills, and take advantage of payment discounts by keeping track of you payables.
  • Accounts Receivable – Maintains payments, sales, and customer activity
  • Payroll – Use SouthWare to pay your company payroll, and link it with the other SouthWare Applications.
  • Inventory Sales -Track and control your inventory, sell and ship serialized and non-serialized goods.
  • Extended Data – Add additional fields to standard SouthWare files to suit your needs, without the cost of custom programming.
  • SalesMark – Manage your prospect/client information and integrate it with other SouthWare programs.
  • ReportMate – Make your own customized reports using information in SouthWare without custom programming.
  • ImportMate – Import data from other business applications to keep and use valuable information, and ease the task of changing systems.
  • ExecuMate – This package enables you to get company-wide financial information in a short period of time. This allows for proper decision making from management.
